Introductions
The machine FY-JZ2500/5000 is the supporting equipment, which is usded in the pst process of tempered glass manufacturing. It can have the glass not homogenized in internal stress self-exploded. Thus can avoid unsafe factors of tempered glass.The machien is made according to the sdantard of EN14179-1:2005
Prinsiple of electronic control system
When start,set how much the time for homogenizing,cooling,and the top and bottom limit of temperature.Pressing the HEATING butom,all the tempreture controling process will work automatically.The temperature acquisition module can collect and exist temperature curve current or historical.The historical temperature curve can be inquired by enter any stage of time.The time curve can be print out.
Main function
1. Crrnt time curve can be exist automatically;
2. Hstorical time curve can be exist automatically(can keep three years).
3. Time curve can inquire and print automatically;
4. Recording the working condition of the machine automatically.
5. Temperature controlled by PID,time curve can set according to needs.

Main technical performance
The tempreing glass heat soak furance FY-JZ-2500/5000 is made as the EN standard which is strengthen safty of glasses.Adopting Solid State Relay.The compurter can record and control the parameters intelligently.Temperature control mode is autocompleted by electronic control system,which based on PLC and Kingview.The temprature and the result can be record and print automatically each time.The air circulating system is made up by 12 blowers.There is one more blower usd to contorl the cooling rate.There are 22 thermocouples in the heat furnce body,can monitor temperature on surface of glasses from every area.There are also 12 termocouples on the top of the furance,they can monitor temperature in the 12 areas.The computer can display the status.

According to EN14179-1:2005 and DIN 18510-4 standard,the machine using computer logic control system,it can achieve follwing:
1. 60min-120min;
From normal temperature to top limited temperature(290±10 degree celsius): 60min-120min;
2. Keeping top limited temperature 290±10 degree celsius): 120min-480min
3. Top limited temperature to temperature suit get out of (80 degree celsius): 60min-90min
4. The max deviation inside the furance when empty: ±5 degree celsius
5. Normal temperature:Normal temperature to 320 degree celsius can set arhitrary.
6. Can set how long the time to cooling and time to alarm arhitrary.
