This wine is a newcomer to the No Man's Land family, a brand of wines which has
already become synonymous with premium quality. Juice clarification at low
temperature. The processes of fermentation were very carefully chosen and
individualized for each grape variety and fermentation vessel. It was carried out for the
main part of the wine in 1-2 years French oak barrels at low temperature for 5 weeks.
The technique batonage was lead with lees stirring twice a week. Barrel fermentation
and lees contact increases the aroma and flavour complexity. Malolactic fermentation
was carried out to soften the acidity. Bottled in March 2007.
