3.Compacting of the strands also increases abrasion resistance, making it more resistant to crushing and allowing it to spool better.
4.Resists spinning while under load, offering better spin-resistance than typical 8 strand wire rope products such as those in the 8 x 19 and 8 x 25 classes.

More About 19x19 Compacted Bright Wire Rope EIPS IWRC (Rotation Resistant)
A 19x19 compacted wire rope is an excellent choice if strong spin-resistance is needed, in addition to superior strength for rugged applications. The compactable design of the 19 strand configuration provides higher strength in smaller diameter, so it’s ideal when space and weight savings are important. Compacted and swaged wire rope offers greater strength than standard ropes of the same diameter while providing greater resistance to drum crushing, scrubbing and typical wear. Made of EIPS (Extra Improved Plow Steel) for higher break strength; recommended over a non rotating wire rope for hoisting unguided loads with a single or multi-part line.
