Detailed Selling Lead Description
Brand: Geyo
Price: USD 6-8 / m
Min. Order: 1000meters m
Features
1.Moderate Strength, Excellent Corrosion Resistance (Sea Water)
2.Marine Environments, Dredging, Excavating, and Logging
3.Mooring Lines, Highway Use, Heavy Duty Guard Rail
Brief Description
1.Stainless steel wire rope, sometimes called corrosion resistant, is generally used in applications that may degrade a bright wire or galvanized wire rope.
2. The 6x37 class features more wires per strand and makes the wire more flexible than the 6x19.
3. However, the added flexibility means the individual wires are actually smaller in diameter and reduce its abrasion resistance.

More About 6x37 Stainless Steel Wire Rope (T304)
The 6 x 37 class of steel wire cable offers more flexibility than 6 x 19 wire rope because of the increased number of wires per strand. However, this a 6 x 37 wire rope will have less resistance to abrasion than 6 x 19 wire ropes. The actual rope construction is 6x36, with 6 strands/35 wires per strand. This type of flexible cable is found in many industries, including dredging, excavating, logging and marine environments. Common uses for these stainless steel cables include mooring lines, highway use (such as heavy duty guard rails).
The grade of steel used in our 6 x 37 stainless steel wire rope is known as EIPS, or Extra Improved Plowed Steel. EIPS wire rope features roughly 10% more strength than regular IPS. An independent wire rope core (IWRC) provides additional strength, reduces the amount of stretch, and also provides more resistance to heat. The stainless steel finish creates the highest level of corrosion resistance available, as it contains chromium throughout. This means the protective layer is continuous and will not rust, regardless of abrasions or scratches.
