electronic, possess more than 20 years experience of producing electron. The products include: PIR sensor switch, M/W sensor switch, sensor light, wireless remote control doorbell, sensor doorbell, light-control switch, smoke alarm and multi-function wireless home security alarm system etc.Most products have CE, GS, UL,BSI, VDS,approval. PIR sensor switch has gained the recommending certificate issued by the Construction Department of China. The products are exported to Europe American, East South Asia and so on, and received consistent good appraise from internal and foreign clients.
Company is located at Science and Technology Park Ninghai Zhejiang China. It covers an area of 13680m2, building area of 21800m2, and virescence area of 2500m2. Mould, plastic injecting, circuit board production and assembling are on a series of production lines. And at the same time our company runs OEM, ODM processing. In recent years company’s production scale enlarges increasingly. We newly added advanced production craftwork equipment and inspection device in succession. Now we possess 9 entirely automatic SMT production lines, 15 automatic pipelining producing lines and 26 plastic-injection machines. And in addition there are mould processing device, ICT automatic online testing instrument, laser marking machine, standard smoke test case, self-made PIR sensitivity test room with light adjustable. Company has passed ISO9001 international quality system identification and American Biell certificate.
Company runs advanced ERP management information system. More than 160 computers composes company’s inner network,which share company resource and also make data processing more quickly from supplying, production, sales, quality to management. We possess PROE, PROTEL, UNIGRAPHICS and AUTOCAD software for assistant design of housing and circuit.There is a professional troop of housing design and electron technology to insure new product researched and developed quickly with high quality.
