Kaichih was founded in 1988, an OEM partner of Dell for thermal modules and coolers in the Notebook PC industry.
In 2002,Electroceramic business division was set up to research and develop the technologies and applications of ultrasonic components.
Kaichih was one of the few companies in Taiwan having the ability to design a piezoelectric ceramic material for a new ultrasonic component.
