Sieso Technology Group was founder on July 3, 1999 in GuangZhou, China. KeeLai is a hi-tech enterprise whose video products have been designated a "National Spearhead Project" as well as the "2002 New Product of National Importance." KeeLai is ISO9001 certified and has been granted independent import and export rights by the Chinese government. KeeLai is also one of ten "key research institutes of the nation" selected by China's National Research Institute of R&D and Market Studies. In 2001, KeeLai was the first to realize the market potential of the Video card. KeeLai soon launched its own line of all series video card, which proved to be vastly popular with consumers.
