Fushun Shengbo Metal Product Co., Ltd. Is a Chinese stamping manufacturer by OEM. Established in 1998 and with 10 years’s experience in stamping and welding industry, our 5000 square meter plant offers the best component manufacturing service. We are located in Fushun city which is Chinese heavy industry area and enjoys very convenient geographic situation.
Our team consists of 85 employees, including 5 advanced engineers and 15 experienced technicians. We have complete equipments for stamping, welding and machining. for example: deep drawing machine (250 ton & 500 ton), punch 20 set, bending machine, shearing machine, argon-arc welding machine, plasma cutter, spot welding machine, lathe, milling machine, grinding machine, drilling machine, boring machine, wire-cutting machine, etc.
We have our own workshop to develop, produce and maintain dies and tools with the assistance of design systems like CAD. It is common for us to provide stamping dies involving compound dies to domestic and overseas metal makers.
Our products are widely applied in the fields of tires, construction, electric apparatus, petroleum, automotive etc. Some of our products are being exported to USA, Europe…. As the supplier of France Michelin Tires, we have been providing stainless steel cart (large stamping and welding production) in large quantity. We successfully produced steel mould (large stamping part) applied in concrete member production line for German Hess Group. Moreover, the new production of water filter, oil furnace and series kitchen tools were successively developed by us and supplied to Chinese Military Logistics.
