B&J -Model Prototype Factory, specialized in various kinds of Automotive, Electrical home appliance, Computer and its accessories, Communicating products, Architechure and others, was established in 1999 and with experienced 70 employees, most of them are very skillful in prototyping and have 10 years plus experience.
We offer service in rapid prototyping, conventional prototyping and vacuum casting and enjoy good reputation among our domestic customers and overseas due to perfect quality, efficient work and prompt delivery. Abiding by companys slogan: Let us do our best for your design, all the working stuff are making their utmost efforts to gain your satisfaction. We have been exporting a lot of prototype to Germany, Israel, Japan and US since last 3 years and enjoy high reputation among our customer overseas.
There are over 25 sets of CNC machines in our shop. The biggest CNC machine can handle big prototype (6000mm x 4000mm x 2000mm) in one block without splitting-making part The material we can CNC cut is ABS, Renshape, Al alloy, POM, PA, PP, PC and PMMA. What's more, we are very good in making transparent part with PMMA to get crystalized clear.
The material we can vaccum casting is colourful rubber, PU and silicone.
