【产品介绍】 植物甾醇酯是由植物油提取的植物甾醇与油酸两种天然活性成分通过酯化形成的产物, 较植物甾醇有更优的油溶性. 植物甾醇酯在常温条件下呈黄色粘稠油脂状,而温度达到50℃/122°F以上时,它是一种带有典型脂肪气味和口感的干净油.

Phytosterol ester is made of two kinds of natural active ingredients from vegetable oil extraction plant sterol and oleic acid through esterification product of formation.It has a better oil soloblity than phytosteorl.
Phytosterol ester is a yellow viscous oily paste at ambient temperature, and above 50℃/122°F it is a clear oil with typical fatty odor and taste.
