Operating method:
Push switch forward, 3 LEDs on
Push it to middle, 3 LEDs off
Push it to back position, put two 7th batteries into tail section, three LEDs on
Squeeze handle down, slide buckle to front position to lock handle
Release handle by sliding buckle to back position
