 Uses:
1. NQ-530 uses include rubber materials for engineering modification, paint, coatings, inks, casting resins, adhesives, sealants, fiberglass, abrasives, electronic packaging materials and other industries.
2. Can be used as adhesion promoters, surface modifiers, dispersants, the main inorganic mineral powders to improve the fiber of the polymer (resin), a combination of power, compatibility and resin coating on inorganic substrates adhesion, water resistance.
3. To improve electronic potting materials and other sealing materials, package reliability. Improve the polyurethane, acrylic, epoxy, silicon rubber, glass and metal sealant adhesion.
4. NQ-530 is an excellent adhesion promoter. For the resin include epoxy resin, phenolic resin, polyester resin, rubber, polyamide, acrylic resin, PBT, polyurethane, etc..
