These products are designed for large type drying equipment,can meet the needs of steam and thermal oil in two different media.It has the performance characteristics of a similar Q-type rotary joint, internal structure follows the dual ball seal, prevent leakage Effectively, and change the weakness of compensate for uneven spring pressure, using the combined with a spring device to ompensate for the pressure evenly, improving the sealing performance, which is the preferred accessory products of large-scale drying equipment.
Outer tube can be connected directly to the Kun tube with the synchronization operation,which is the main rotating parts.The spherical outer tube, bottom and sealing rings together to form dynamic seal friction, the floating seal ring float between the outer tube spherical and bottom, but not contact with the shell. Oil-free bearings play a supportive and guiding role between the shell and the outer tube. When the sealing ring is worn, with the spring and medium pressure, and the shell will move slowly away from the shaft ,which can compensate for normal wear and tear seal ring. Therefore, rotary joints and pipe connections must use the metal hose, due to severe joint and the impact of the return line when in working. By installing a reasonable guide bracket, , rotary joint can be free to move away from the shaft normal?ly,so the rotary joint can remain sealed.
