III. Application Scope and Characteristics
The product can be used in middle and low temperature food processing,dairy food,beverage,bean products processing and other industries.This product exhibits excellent breaking and inhibiting foam performance. It can be added into foaming systems after foam was shown, and it also can be incorporated into foaming systems as an inhibiting foam ingredient. Typical addition levels are between 10 to 1000ppm, based on the total mass of foaming medium. The optimum addition level would be determined by preliminary trials in lab because of the difference of particular system of every customer.
IV. Method of Application
Add the product after diluting the product into uniform solution with clear water or
foam liquid or add directly. The normal dosage is 0.01%-1%. In fermentation industry,
the dosage is 0.01%-1% and can add into basic material or after sterilization.
V. Packaging and Storage
200kg/drum,25kg/drum,50kg/drum, IBC, to store in a cool place. To prevent direct sunlight, Non-dangerous goods transportation.
The storage period is 12 months, in case of exceeding that period, stratification will occur, but it can be used if it is qualified after inspection.
The product should be transported as non-dangerous articles.
