Design Feature
1. Upstream Sealing Bi-directional
Trunnion mounted ball valves are equipped with two self-energized seats, each seat can be sealing upstream of the valve and both seats may seal if pressurized from both sides toward the valve cavity. Valve is therefore completely bi-directional.
2. Fireproof Design
Special fireproof design can decrease leakage during fire occurrence, and reduce the loss.
3. Double Block & Bleed
By virtue of two independent seats double block and bleed is a standard feature of our trunnion mounted ball valves. The body cavity is isolated from the line both in open and closed position. Body cavity may then be vented/ drained to suit process requirements. After venting the body cavity replacement of stem seals is possible while the valve is under pressure. Seat tightness may also be periodically checked through body cavity while the valve is under pressure.
4. Automatic Cavity Relief
Self-energized seats are also acting as a relief valve for the body cavity. Any build up of pressure in the body cavity is relived to the low pressure side of the valve.
5. Sealant Injection
Normative grease injection is convenient for user injecting lubrication grease in normally to make valve of-off flexible, and also injecting the sealing grease into the valve for instant seal in emergency.
6. Anti-static Design
Anti-static design can release the static and prevent sparks when operate valve, to keep the pipeline operating in security.
7. Actuation
Valve with standard ISO5211 top mounting pad, makes actuator selection and mounting more convenient.
