PUHLER horizontal disk mills PHE and PHN are proven, continuously working laboratory and production mills for a variety of applications, especially with low to medium-viscosity products.

The machine is of continuous operation totally-enclosed type wet-milling dispersion mill. Pre-dispersed and treated solid and fluid compounds are pumped into barrel through the feed end, there they are mixed with the preloaded abrasive balls and then cut by dispersion is fined and aggregates dispersed quickly, within a short time, it is very fine at a very narrow range of particle size distribution. Milled and dispersed material is discharged through sieve pore by dynamic separator, where as the abrasive balls are left in the barrel.
