The tape coiling, inspection, counting, and hot pressing are automatically controlled by the PLC, and the quantity of element, interval between elements, taping speed and heating temperature can be preset in the PLC. There will go the alarm when material is used up. All the condition parameters can be displayed and preset in the EasyView touch screen. JC5000 is featured with integrated control, easy operation, friendly interface and soft update.


JC5000 semi-automatic inserting machine is adjusted by differential heads, which can change width at will; the plastic carrier tape which applicable to all between 8 and 88 mm shows perfect for autohesion type cover tape and heat activated type cover tape. Large table designed to support single to 4 people to operate at the same time, the tape speed fast and cost-effective.
