Plaster Board Producing Equipment Introduction

Paper feeding system, with a unique way of paper receiving, high density deviation rectifying, and the scoring system for edging and shaping, offers higher quality products and reduces cost by decreasing unnecessary material waste.

Material discharging system, based on the special core component, material-stabilizing hopper, provides precise gypsum powder feeding, which makes the later starch mixing procedure more efficient. Cooperating with the pneumatic hopper discharger, it guarantees the raw material’s supply more stable.

Water supply system uses hot-water exchanger to increase the product’s intensity and save the energy. By using special designed accurate water pump, it makes the operation very simple.

Foaming System uses unique constant pressure to supply air, and specialized pump to generate foam liquid, so that the foam liquid can mix the starch evenly which makes the product weight adjusting operation easier.

Forming System, by importing advanced foreign technology and using special stainless steel side-standing mixer and special stainless steel pneumatic boarding mixer, increases abrasion resistance and extends service life. Replacing the traditional pressing roller, the boarding forming system offers better surface roughness.

Transportation System, in addition to the traditional conveyor, equips another waste board cleaning machine, which not only reduces labor intensity, but also makes the working environment clean and neat.

Transfer system, by using the most advanced powerless fast board conveying system with optimized bearing components, reduces energy consumption and increases the operation reliability to a high level.

Drying System, as the core of the production line, impacts the production line’s capability and energy consumption. By utilizing unique structure radiator, it implements layer temperature and segment temperature control. Additionally, associating the innovative wind-transferring system, the system can adjust all levels’ temperature and humidity arbitrarily. As a result, the system has lower energy consumption, less cost of installation and test running, and easier operation.

Heating System uses organic heat carrier oven (hot oil oven), which is a low-voltage high-temperature heating equipment. With oil, coal, gas as fuel and heat-transmit oil as carrier, it is the first choice of heating equipments for the production of gypsum board. In addition, the use of flue gas heat exchanger can reduce energy consumption and costs.

Dimension control system is equipped with the special board rotating machine and piling machine to comprise the new dimension control system. Instead of manual rotating, this system reduces the labor cost significantly.

Dust cleaning system, by using electronic pulse fabric bag filter, enhances the dust cleaning effect. With additional twisting dust clearing system, it makes the dust clearing easy.

Control System, with six parts, adopts computer programmed control and frequency inverter, solid-state relays, photoelectric sensors, and other contact-less components, secures the reliable operation of the machine and achieves durable automatic gypsum board production.
