Applications: Bonded metal is a widely used binder in diamonds bit, mainly composed of Cu, Ni, Mn, Zn,Cu and Ni plays a major role in bonding. Mn in the sintering process acts as a bit deoxidation on the one hand, and on the other increasing the wear-resistance and hardness of the bit. The main function of Zn in the bit’s sintering process is to increase the mobility of bonding metal to uniform distribution in diamonds bit’s matrix organization.
