Groove Set Screw Sprocket is generally used to transmit rotary motion between two shafts and to provide linear motion to a track, tape etc. This type sprocket is always in small size, such as 25, 35,04B,05B. To avoid collision for chain and sprocket hub, groove must be produced. This sprocket only can be made set screws to be tighten because of its small bore. The roughness of bore is high to engages with shaft tightly. All the products are according to standard regulations, such as DIN 8187; DIN 8188; ISO/R 606 and ANSI B 29.1.
