Duplex Casting Keyway Sprocket is generally used to transmit rotary motion between two shafts and to provide linear motion to a track, tape etc. Although, casting sprocket is less than dropped one in loading, duplex casting sprocket also can fit high speed and big load. Casting sprocket needs mould, usually the mould is not cheap, so it always requires big quantity. All parts are finished according to mould, except bore, the bore usually needs keyway or set screw. The size of keyway is as per the size of bore usually. All the products are according to standard regulations, such as DIN 8187; DIN 8188; ISO/R 606 and ANSI B 29.1.
