2)Vertical lay-up machine is driven by two DC motors with continental speed regulating technology. Main transmission is driven by DC motor with English continental 590 digital speed regulating technology. Adopting SIEMENS PLC to command and coordinate the whole production line.
3) Adopting SIEMENS colourful touch-screen to show and set the relevant technological specification.
4)Linkage of vertical stranding cage and haul-off capstan is controlled by PLC which ensure the lifter speed and pitch are within the reasonable range.
5)Main control panel are set in the front of 48B pre-former device.
