Product Feature
1.)Transmission through linked shafts ensure the precision and stability of stranding pitch. Frame type structure highly improves the rigidity. The stranding rotor are able to revolve at very high speeds for the use of strong gearbox of big modulus. All these design ensure the high producing efficiency.
2.) Wire broken detector and over capacity detector ensure the brake in emergencies. These safety control system ensure the production safe and reliable.
3.) The haul-off is up to 10T which ensure high efficiency of compacting.
4.) Every bobbin has individual wire broken detector and stop through sensor.
