Magnesium is active,once the molten Magnesium is exposed to air,there will be fierce chemical reaction.In common conditions,when the temperature in melting furnace reaches to 350??,the molten Magnesium should be under the protection of shielding gas.The shielding gas for this equipment is mixture of SO2 & dry air.
Shielding gas station is an isolated cabinet.Hereby,one can set and adjust the proportion of mixing gas. When underpressure happens,the alarming system give out signal.The swith to spare gas is automatic.
