Usage:
Tamoxifen Citrate are effective in the treatment of metastatic breast cancer in women and men. In premenopausal women with metastatic breast cancer, Tamoxifen Citrate are an alternative to oophorectomy or ovarian irradiation. Available evidence indicates that patients whose tumors are estrogen receptor positive are more likely to benefit from therapy with Tamoxifen Citrate.

Side effects may include: cataracts, changes in menstrual period, constipation, diarrhea, edema (swelling), fatigue, fluid retention, flushing, headache, hot flashes, high blood pressure, muscle pain, nausea, shortness of breath, vaginal discharge, vomiting, weight loss.

Application:
Tamoxifen Citrate is suitable for the treatment of advanced breast cancer and ovarian cancer. Pregnancy category D, pregnant and lactating women disabled.
