General description
SK frequency conversion speed regulating belt balance is a new generation speed regulating belt balance on the principle of TDG speed regulating belt balance and referring to ration feeding balance. Its aim is to rise the precision of counting, improve the control stability and to prevent dusts to interfere convey equipment. It is suitable for belt balance installed below material warehouse that conveying, regulating speed and counting continually, and suitable for counting grain and massive materials.

SK Frequency conversion speed regulating belt balance is mainly composed of mechanic balance body and control apparatus. Mechanic parts include: Feeding slider, regulating valve, weighing unit, auto belt tension regulating instrument, driving and speed reducing instrument, load sensor and etc. High precision load sensor transfers the weight of material into electric signals linearly, and then the control apparatus alters the speed automatically according to the changes of signals exported by load sensor to keep the feeding quantity.
