Bfgf (Recombinant Human Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor)

Detailed Selling Lead Description
BFGF(Recombinant Human Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor) Description BFGF, named Recombinant Human Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor(rh-BFGF), is a multifunction nutritional cell factor, it is first discovered that BFGF has the mitosis activating effects with cultured fibroblast, later it is discovered that BFGF also has mitosis activating effects on many other cells, especially to mesoderm and neuroectoderm derived cells. Besides the mitosis activating effects, BFGF also has many other biological functions, such as inducing cell to change chemotaxis property, inducing or inhibiting the expression of certain cell type specific proteins, regulating cell differentiation, also involved in the functioning of endocrine system and neural system. Recombinant human FGF is composed with 155 amino acids, the human rh- BFGF coding cdna was obtained from peripheral blood leukocytes mRNA, its cdna was synthesized by reverse-transcription, and it was subcloned into expression vector and expressed in E. coli dh5a. Molecular weight: 17.0-10% kda. Specification Physical Appearance: White lyophilized powder. Purity by SDS-PAGE: 95% min. Purity by HPLC: 95% min. Activity unit: 170, 000 IU/mg. PH value: 7.4 Packing In Penicillin bottle, inner sealed with 1mg freeze-dried powder or Customer's package available. Storage In refrigerator, which keeping at 2-8 Degree Centigrade (lyophilized), stable within 36 months. Usage BFGF is a highly efficient cell division factor with many other biological effects, which mainly includes: 1. Stimulating the growth and proliferation of skin, cornea and racheal epithelium tissue in vivo. 2. Accelerating the healing process of epidermis damage on skin, cornea, etc. 3. Accelerating the proliferation of epithelial cells in human and animals. 4. Facilitating the biosynthesis of protein, RNA, DNA as well as metabolic activity in epidermal cells.
