9. Points for attention
The baling press is suitable only for fluffy products, but not for hard products.
The pillow core should be placed on the center line of
the press plate. It should not be deviated from the center
line.
The baling press is 900 mm long. If the pillow core to
be baled is too short, it is requested to add temporarily a small pillow core on the rear part of the press plate to avoid its unevenness.
When the plastic bag is sealed with heat, wait for some time to cool it ( 2 ¨C 10 seconds ) down to ensure the sealing quality of the plastic bag.
10. Heating time to be regulated by a switch to heat the seal of a plastic bag: 1 - 5 seconds.
